This hotel offers a very good standard for a weekend stay. The rooms are clean, functional, and spacious with balconies. The staff are courteous and the location is central, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant with good deals on evening meals and offers free parking and wifi.
All aspects were fine, nothing exceeding expectations.

The reception and hotel doors require better communication and instructions.

The location of the hotel was great, close to everything we wanted to see. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and spacious.
Our room was freezing when we arrived on Christmas Day, and it took several hours for the heat to kick in. the breakfast options were quite limited, and there was no hot food available.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony that offers a nice view. The location is great, very central, close to everything you need. The staff is courteous and welcoming. We also appreciated the fact that there is free parking and free wifi for the guests.
The pillows were not comfortable and the bed became too hot during the night. Another downside was the limited space in the bathroom, which made it difficult to store our personal belongings.

This hotel was a great find! The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, just like mrs. Amalia from the reviews. They made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, central to everything, just as mentioned by other guests. Our room, with a beautiful balcony, was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. And the breakfast was a real treat, with a special touch of free hot chocolate for our little ones.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more!

We loved the welcoming staff, spacious and beautifully decorated room, free parking and wifi, and the excellent food served in the attached restaurant. The location was also great, central to everything in Bad Sauerbrunn and close to our relatives.
Nothing that I didn't like.
